Refund Policy

Items can only be returned in the unlikely event of being found faulty and that fault being confirmed by the manufacturer. Items must be returned at your own cost and risk and we will be happy to refund the original purchase. Please note that delivery charges for the original order are also non refundable.

Delivery

Ordinarily orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the next day so should arrive within 2 working days within the U.K. All items are sent Royal Mail First Class. Punch Drunk music can not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Orders to Europe should take 3 – 5 working days to arrive. Outside of Europe, delivery is estimated at 7 – 10 days.

Tax

All items sold in the EU are liable to VAT (included in the price displayed). Items sold outside the EU are exempt from VAT but may be liable to import tax for which the customer must take full responsibility.

Shipping

All orders are sent First class mail or Airmail and are well packaged with stiff card. We endeavour to use the cheapest postal services available. UK customers will pay a maximum of £8.75 per order no matter how many items are in the order. For European customers, the ceiling is £18.50 and it is £40.50 for the rest of the world.
